Reducing Barriers and Prioritizing Prevention
Our Services
We believe each individual deserves a path to better health. If our standard fees are a barrier, please reach out—we maintain dedicated “Pay-What-You-Can” slots to ensure our practice remains a resource for all.
Conversely, if you are in a position of abundance, you are welcome to include a Community Contribution with your visit. These gifts help offset the cost of third-party labs and medications for neighbors in MN and WI who face the greatest barriers to care.
Membership (optional): $150/month or $1,500/year. Pay for your intake once, then your follow-up visits and refills are included — no per-visit charges while you’re a member.
New Patient Visit
Designed for those seeking a proactive approach to longevity and functional health. We establish your clinical baseline by reviewing your history, lifestyle, and goals to build your personalized health roadmap.
Follow-Up Visit
Any return visit (~30 min) to review your progress, adjust your plan, and renew labs or prescriptions.
Refill Check-In
A quick 15-minute telehealth visit to renew an existing prescription.
Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?
Pierre Health is a direct-pay practice. While I do not bill insurance companies directly, I can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed medical receipt) that you may submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What are the costs for labs?
Comprehensive panels through our partner, Rupa Health, generally range from $100 – $350. We prioritize diagnostics based on your individual needs and will always discuss the clinical value and cost together before any orders are placed.
For the blood draw, you may visit a local phlebotomy site (typically a ~$25-50 fee), or use a third-party mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home (~$75-100).

Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes. Clinical services and longevity consultations are generally HSA and FSA eligible. We recommend confirming specific coverage details with your plan administrator.
